403 error with user registration on checkout

Hello,

My web site started having 403 forbidden problem in a specific step: as a first time customer, I add an item to my cart, click on checkout, chose to register, enter all necessary information, but when I click on next, 403 forbidden occurs!

I can't figure out when the problem started, coz I've been using an existing account to test my site.

As implied, checking out with an existing account works fine, guest checkout works fine as well. Registration is what triggers the problem.

One last detail: I've chmoded my entire joomla directory,and it did nothing, and disabling SEF plugin didn't solve the problem either. Apache logs give me this:

Hi,

I just found the source of this problem: user registration was deactivated on my site...
When I changed the display method for registration from switcher to all on one page, hikashop stopped displaying registration fields, and displayed a 'registration deactivated' message instead. I guess this means it's a bug that needs to be addressed in the switcher mode?

Anyway, now it works as expected.
