Upgraded to Business from Basic and now USPS issue

I upgraded my Hikashop from the free version to the business edition and now I am having trouble with my USPS plugin. When a user attempts to login they get the following:

Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: ^ in /{path}/plugins/hikashopshipping/usps/usps.php on line 495

Fatal error: Call to a member function xpath() on a non-object in /{path}/plugins/hikashopshipping/usps/usps.php on line 371

Any thoughts?

USPS changed their system.
