[SOLVED] Shipping not displayed

I keep getting this "No shipping method found" message on checkout:



I have setup shipping as follows:


When I go to checkout, the shipping is not displayed:


When I go to payment, the shipping is not displayed:


Now what setting am I missing that will display the shipping as well as taxes on the checkout page? Also, is there anyway to display the shipping costs on the 'My Cart' sidebar?

Also, if you are 'stuck' on the 'payment page' and click the 'back' button, your cart is now empty, yet the emails are sent out about the order as well as the records are still in the system as displayed on the Dashboard. Is there a way to have 'recovery' for the shopper if they have gone to the 'payment page' and need to get back to add another item or edit their order?

Hi,

It seems that you didn't understand what the USPS plugin is for. It retrieves automatically the shipping rates from the USPS server based on the weight/dimensions of the products, your address, and the customer address and display all the rates to the user.
Looking at what you did with it, it's not the USPS plugin that you want to use but the manual shipping methods plugin.
Please remove these shipping methods of your screenshot and create new ones of the manual plugin and configured with the same price/restrictions and name as the ones from your screenshot and it will work like you want.

If you want taxes to be applied during the checkout, you should first configure them via the System>Taxes menu. Here is some documentation on that:

Regarding the "recovery" of the cart, simply change the option "clean cart when order is" from "created" to "confirmed" and the cart of the user will only be cleared when he gets back from authorize.net with a successful payment. So if that's not the case, he will be able to edit his cart/infos in the checkout before going to the payment gateway again.
