-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.worldfish.pt
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.22

Hi,
I can't update hikashop 2.2.2 to 2.2.3. I downloaded it, and then instaled.
It stays about 2 minutes instaling and then goes to the page www.worldfish.pt/administrator/index.php...staller&view=install but all blank. Just white. (the favicon is the same as the front end, not the joomla favicon).

I tried from the "Instal from web" and tried from the download. It does allways the same.

Hi,

Turn on the error reporting option of the joomla configuration and try again. That will display an error message telling you what's the problem.

I discover exactely the same problem!
It is a live site and therefore I will just install the backup with the version 2.2.2.

nope.. it's in debug mode and it does the same. there is no user logged, I believe the folders permissions is correct.

it looks like a time out. it's always the same time waiting.

Hi,
Can you turn on the error reporting option of the joomla configuration and try again ? We really need to check the error message telling you what's the problem.

I have tried several times and no error report apears.

It's just with hikashop, I can instal other aplications (that are not allready instaled).

Is there other way to instal/upgrade? copy the files and run some scripts in db?...

It's probably because the Hikashop package is too big for the limitations on your web server.
Do an install via FTP in order to circumvent the limitation and that will work:
