Floating 'edit' icon error?

I'm working on a new site that is not yet live, but I am having an odd problem with Hikashop, here is a screengrab;

The box floats above the site, so its position is static as I scroll up and down, clicking the pen/paper icon opens up the address information box.

Anyone seen this before, or knows why this might be showing like this?

The highlighted 'box' is not linked to the template, it only appears if hika is active and a user is logged in to the checkout, and it floats above all other content.

Thank-you Nicolas, I edited the bootstrap.css file and changes all modal to div.modal and the edit icon is now sitting in place as it should be and not floating around the screen - perfect! Thank-you!

i have like this in my template.....

bootstrap.min.rtl.css
bootstrap-responsive.min.css
bootstrap-responsive.min.rtl.css

should i edit all of them?
