Analytics plugin causes white screens

Turning off the Hikashop Google Analytics plugin clears the problem.

Enabling the plugin causes a white screen when I try to access plugin manager, module manager and Joomla global configuration.

Any ideas?

Could you try to update to HikaShop 2.3.0 as I think that we fixed these in the new version of HikaShop ?
If you still have some errors after the update, please provide all the error messages on the page.

Please note I had this happen as well WITH version 2.3.0 that I downloaded on 2/18/2014.

I opened up hikashopanalytics.php and noticed my version (attached) was not the same as from the version I downloaded today.

I uploaded the newer version and fixed my problem.

Note this is second "hotfix" I've had with that 2/18/2014 download. The other was with the PayPal Express plugin: www.hikashop.com/forum/payment-methods/8...ardcoded-plugin.html .

Shouldn't these be released as 2.3.1? It is kind of confusing.

Or was there something wrong with that 2/18/2014 download that it was a premature release/download?

A 2.3.1 release will come soon with all the fixes included of course.

In the mean time, we released hotfix builds because they are minor bugs which are only relevant to a handful of persons. It's not funny when you see a new release every few days and you keep having to update (because you feel that you should even if there is no reason since you're not using the piece with the bug, or your server is configured in a way that it is not a problem for you, or you already have a version which doesn't have the problem).

The best is to wait that we activate the auto update in the Joomla updater of you live website (usually several days/weeks after a release) to update your HikaShop. That way, you're sure sure that it is pretty stable.

Is there a place to look at the list of hot fixes committed?

That would save everyone some time.

We don't have such list for now. The will be published in the change log of next version.
