Associated Module Unpublished, But Appears

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

I recently did an update and having problems with the associated module in my menu (the items show below the pagination- filter and then more items should not be present). See the attchments. I have not published it, but it appears as published.....

Is there another way to turn off all these items showing below? Is there an option I do not have turned off?

I fixed it by selecting every single option in the associated modules to "No"....

if you get more inquiries like this, then there is a bug. in the meantime, all my "no" selections have turned it off....

This only occured after the upgrade, so wondering if that changed something....
