Hikashop Kenya Currency Locale Information

Please assist with the following information on Kenya Locale information because the Kenya currency in Hikashop doesn't work as it suppose to be locally here.

Sign for positive values

Symbol precedes positive value
Symbol and positive value space separation
Symbol precedes negative value
Symbol and negative value space separation
Positive sign position

I want to display product prices as follows:-
10,000 KES or Ksh 10,000 not as it is currently displayed as 10,00 KES
