USPS not showing

I cannot figure out why I cannot get a quote from USPS.
I put my USPS WebTools User ID in the correct field, and my Zip Code in the correct field.
You can see on the front end at fireworksland.com/hikashop/checkout
I can send you a PM with login information for the backend if you want to look there.
I am stuck and I can't figure out why the USPS shipping does not appear at checkout.
Also, when I click "Finish" it just stays on the same page - never goes to Step 2.

Hello,
The problem is probably coming from your USPS WebTools User ID which don't seems have access to USPS shipping services. You should probably directly contact USPS about that issue.
