-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.insideware.it/administrator/
-- HikaShop version Starter: 2.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.19
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.15
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 33.0.1750.152
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ..\xxx\administrator\components\com_hikashop\views\config\tmpl\checkout.php on line 431

I bought the JSN template Glass compatible with your component, after the installation I realized that I had to install the Hikashop in the starter version if I wanted to test it, so I did. But if I try to access the configuration panel it reports me the error above. I've searched the same error in your forum and documentation with no result. Can you help me? I thought it was due to permissions in the folder but they are set correctly.

Hope you can help me.
thanks
Ellie

Hello Ellie,
1. Can you test it with a different template like the Joomla default templates ?

2. Can you uninstall your Hikashop, download the last Hikashop version through our website, install it, and test it again ?

3. It seems like the username/password that you gave us isn't valid.

Hi Mohamed :)
thanx for your answer,
1) you think I should change template even if it gives me problem only with the configuration in the backend as the rest of the links in the hikashop panel are ok.
2) I downloaded the last version from your site because it was not provided in the template and checking the version it says 'You have the latest stable version of HikaShop Starter: 2.3.0'

Anyway i try to reinstall everything and let you know if something changes.

thank you for you help :)

Hello,
I just tried to access to your back-end and I had an error 500, so I wasn't able to test your Hikashop. At this moment I will recommend you to check the PHP error log for the PHP error message resulting in that 500 error and that will give information on what happened.
If you don't know where that file is located, you'll have to ask your hosting company.
