Taxation error

Hello,i seem to have a error while upgrading from hikashop 2.1 to 2.3,products and taxation goes crazy

When i try to create a new product,after i write the price,at with tax it returns "undefined" (the vat is 24%) and it should add it,it worked fine in the prev version.
After that i try to create a new tax rule,but i get this error.

1054 Unknown column 'taxation_post_code' in 'field list' SQL=INSERT IGNORE INTO `suwxv_hikashop_taxation` ( `taxation_id`,`category_namekey`,`tax_namekey`,`taxation_cumulative`,`taxation_post_code`,`zone_namekey`,`taxation_type`,`taxation_date_start`,`taxation_date_end`,`taxation_access`,`taxation_published` ) VALUES ( '0','default_tax','TVA','0','','','','','','all','0' )

After upgrading,i cant access any products from the previous version ,i get same error.
