pay with alpha user points adds fee

Hello,
I had this one working on correctly, but testing it now again, after I choose to pay with points, it adds the award to the total price instead of reducing it.
It adds a payment fee..

Is there any setting anywhere that can cause this ?

Actually, the problem appeared after moving from one instance of my demo site to another one. At the moment I still have the first instance working fine, but can't make the new one to work in the same fashion.
I also noticed that the backend of my payment method configuration on the second instance has some missing options.

As a side note, how I could just re-install the plugin ?
Unzipping the hikashop zip download, it contains many hikashop user points. folders and the latest download also contains different folder for alpha user points than the user points.

okay, after hours of doing and re-doing things I managed to make it work.

The question now is: Where I can customize the message that the points payment method displays when points are available ?
I think, I had found this somewhere but now I am not sure...

and now- when I try to pay with Points - it refreshes and gives me error message:

"Error, you cannot validate this order."

there was a confusion between the right plugin to use. After making it clear that I was setting up the new user points plugin, the system worked.
