activation email after register doesnt work

-- url of the page with the problem -- : gruponewline.com/mente/evento/category/13-categoria2
-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Starter: 2.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.8
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

When a user register on the checkout page, the system send an email activation to his email... but the email never arrive, then the user can`t get activated.
The first time i tryed it works well, but after touch some settings doesn`t work anymore :S , and I can`t find where is the option that i have to activate.

Can some body help me, please.

Hi,

First of all, are the other emails delivered ? The Joomla and HikaShop ones ?
If the Joomla emails are not more correctly sent so you have to change the Joomla email settings.
Else if the other HikaShop emails are correctly sent, so you have maybe edited the registration email and there is errors inside that's why it's not sent.
So you will have to remove your modifications.
