Issues with Business Version of Hikashop NO ACL?

I have a business account. Using latest version of Hikashop, installed the other day, and Joomla! 3.2.3 Stable.

I don't see ACL in the configuration, even though I paid for the business version of Hikashop. I also do not see anyway of keeping the registration down to 1... Meaning, I don't want customers to have a joomla and hika account, I want one account. I have read through things, but have not found clear answers, or perhaps the stress of getting this up has gotten to me. Either way, please explain.

If you installed the Business edition on your website, when you go in the configuration screen of HikaShop, you should see an "Access level" tab available there where you will be able to configure the ACLs in HikaShop.
If you don't see it, it means that you don't have the Business edition installed on the website.
Maybe you just purchased it but didn't install the Business edition package over your Starter edition ?

There is nothing to do to keep registration down to 1. HikaShop doesn't have its own accounts. HikaShop automatically uses joomla accounts, like any other joomla extension. That means that regardless whether a user registers via the joomla registration form or the HikaShop registration form, it will be added as a joomla user and HikaShop will be able to log him and joomla too.
