CArt is empty after putting in products

I have something strange.
Without making changes to my shop, but after upgrading to 2.3.0, I am getting complaints clients cannot finish orders. They put products in their cart. The products are shown in the cart module. Then when clicking the 'proceed to checkout' button they get a blue bar telling the cart is empty.

I can reproduce the problem. A screenshot is attached.

Please help. This is bad for sales. people walk away

Hello Sjaak,
That's maybe a cache issue, can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? You'll also have to disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin. Also can you clear your browser's cache and try it again ?
