Date Picker shows wrong date on inline view

I am trying to get the date picker working on order table while i am getting the below error and today's date is not showing up there as a default date.
I have attached the admin panel and the frontend screenshot. Can you please tell me what is wrong?

Hi,

I have update the "custom field datepicker" plugin, you can re-download it in order to have the latest version (which include also a new feature).
The problem in your configure is that the "date format" is missing. Please use "%d/%m/%Y" for it.
