A part of the support team is currently in Germany for the J&Beyond and were in Paris last week for the french Joomla day.
With the Internet connection we got, it is more difficult to do FTP support than at the office.
It looks like Xavier didn't solved the issue but he didn't notify us (quite more difficult to talk correctly with the distance and all support message he has to do without the rest of the team).
I assigned this thread to Nicolas, he will take a look at it (when we will come back next week and hopefully, during this week end if possible.
