Some bugs found on latest Hikashop component

Joomlart template

1) Hikashop menu links throw out the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JViewLegacy in /home/greatbiz/public_html/cass201311/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/joomla/viewlegacy.php on line 711

I've attached a copy of the affected file.

Default protostar template
The menus work properly, however there are other problems :

1) During checkout, new user cannot register an account. After clicking on register, the checkout page simply refreshed and eturn with a blank form.

2) "Categories on 2 levels" Hikashop content module displays the wrong subcategories.

1. This error don't seem to come from HikaShop, is that displayed only in the HikaShop pages ?

2. Thanks to check your Joomla user settings. And see if the system messages are handled by your template. There is maybe something which should be displayed.

3. Can you give us a screenshot of this module configuration, and your category tree ? Do you have edited the view "category / listing_list" ?

Yes. Only the hikashop pages are affected. However it might be a template issue. It's something related to JViewLegacy or something

1. It is because the plugin system "jat3" might react to something and react in the wrong way.
As you can see, the file is a system plugin
