Email/Address Field validation is not working

When I am on my checkout page I do not get any field validation happening for email addresses or any of the address fields (such as numeric phone number). It only warns me if the field is totally blank...

Hi,

I have tried on my end and indeed there is currently a missing check for the email, I add it on our TODO list.
Regarding the other things, for phone, etc, the format can differ depending on the countries, if we want a +XX XXX XXX XXX format, etc.

The issue is still unresolved.
i am using version 2.3.3
Validation is not happening for email and numeric fields like phone numbers.
Can you please let me know what code changes can be made to validate email and phone fields during registration ?
