Redirect after Checkout

Hello,

I have been performing some test checkouts and am lost as to what to do?

I really need a customer to be redirected to a page that at least confirms their order has been placed along with the ability to print out a receipt.

I must be missing something but I can not locate where to achieve this?

Hi,

The link you provided doesn't work.
You want to enter the URL of the order listing of the frontend in the "Return URL" option of your payment method.
That way, the customers will be redirected to their orders listing where they will be able to see their order.
They should also get a thank you message on the page.
To get the URL of the order listing, you can create a new menu item of the type hikashop order listing via the Joomla menu manager.
