Carts & Wishlist are not responsive

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

Hello,

The cart & wishlists are not responsive... i have looked everything over.. but i cant find the problem.

Can you please help me with this ?

Hi,

The cart should be responsive on the checkout.
But we didn't work yet on making the cart and wishlist manager pages responsive. It's on our todo list.
It will require adding special CSS code to handle it.

I have not to much knowledge to do this, also i have not the time for it to learn it so fast.
We have the site online now, and the wishlist are very important for our customers.

The cart is indeed responsive... but the wishlist & the cart from the user back-end isnt...
The most important thing on our site are the wishlists..

I hope you can help me. to make this responsive.

Hi,

The wishlist module is responsive too, but not the wishlsit view indeed.
So for the moment you can potentially use the wishlist module to display the current wishlist.

We will work on the responsive for the form view.

Ok.. i will use the modules untill this is integrated, i have one more question for now.
In the module i dont see the button "add to cart"

How can i add this ?

Hi,

My bad, there is not "add to cart" button in the wishlist module but only a button to redirect to the wishlist display page.
Making the wishlist and cart views responsive has been added on our todo list and this will be done for the next release.

Hi,

We don't know yet. We just started work on it as the current version has been released last week. So you're looking at several months, especially with the summer approaching.
But if you can't wait, you can also add custom CSS yourself with the @media query to do it yourself for your website.
If you know CSS it shouldn't be a problem.

Thats pity, cause we have our webshop online now.. and the mobile version of the wishlist & carts are very important to us.
I always have thought that they where responsive.

I know CSS, but at this moment i am very busy to do this... thats i want to ask one of you to do this for us ?

Today , we use the component Hikashop version 3.2.0 and these pages are still not suitable on smartphone and tablets and they're essential on an e-commerce site.
when do you fix this problem please ?

Hello,

If you take a look at the changelog, you'll see that the cart and the wishlist have been modified in the past to make them responsive.
Now, you will also see that the view have been completely rewrote for HikaShop 3.0 since they were some issues with these views.
And you will also see that the responsive for cart and wishlist has been re-done for HikaShop 3.2.1.

I saw that there were improvements but the basket as it is currently displayed is not readable by a customer, we do not understand what each line corresponds to...

here is an example of a responsive array : labels and fields follow one another :
