Sharing hikashop links in facebook, returns error 404.

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Problem with share in facebook

Dear Sir,

Yesterday, when i want to first post a product on facebook page, i saw a strange happened !
I saw that in facebook, no image or something that normally displays as you post a correct link normally, but facebook returns an 404 error.

As i hit the 404 error link i go correct to the page i post. No error. Error is only on the facebook link parser. I don't know why.

this is a link of one product.

So in facebook, displays the problem 404 page.
and also in the scrapper i fount this.

Also, i cannot find this erroreus canonical url and also i cannot delete the canonical urs.

I don't know why.

Also , as i check i see here the wrong line..

but i don't know how to correct it

all the facebook details are correct , except the og url.

FINALLY,
If you delete the "canonical URL" field, facebook scraper working correct .

THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT YOU CANNOT DELETE THE "CANONICAL URL" FIELD, ONLY TO EDIT !!!

THIS HAS TO DO ONLY WITH FALANG. FALANG SHOULD MAKE A CORRECTION UPDATE.

WE CAN DELETE IT ONLY THROUGH SQL.

SO PROBLEM SOLVED !

Did you try the solution that elktis found ?
Did you check the canonical URLs of the products ?
Do you have Falang ?

We do not have canonical url and do not use falang. We use the native language system of joomla.

If you take a look at the post #260740 you will see a screenshot showing the issue regarding correct and wrong link.
Please understand that you did not provide any information related to your website, your configuration, the version number you're using, the URLs.... So we cannot provide you a effective support help if we don't know anything about your issue.
