Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We've added a patch for that. Download again the install package on our website and install it on yours and it should fix that.

Hi,

I'm afraid that without more details about your website, your configuration, etc ; we won't be able to understand your issue and won't be able to provide any useful help.

Hi Jerome,

I have the same problem.

My fix:
The fix for me was a problem with admintools i think.
After getting blocked you see in movie i deleted a admin tools file for the block and it worked.
Should i do stuf in admintools for hikashop?

Here my message about the issue:
See this movie.
www.dropbox.com/s/9iwhea9jk1wjur7/kleur-...op%20update.mov?dl=0

I see on Gioxd the problem is solved am i right?
Is there possibility to leve that an input instead of dropdown?
That it is ajax refreshing that is nice!
I hope the whole checkout with the registration and adress will have that to :-)

What should i do if people also need to order 50 or 100 pieces?

Second you see coming the text after trying to delete the product:
Je bent voor 1 dag geblokkeerd vanwegen teveel foute inlog pogingen, als je geen hacker of spammer bent neem dan contact op met de stip grafisch ontwerp.
This is Admin tools telling me that i am blocked from the website for login in, maybe the reason that it is not working?

Thanks!

Hi,

The display of a dropdown or an input depends on how you configure the quantity input method setting of your products/categories/configuration. If you set it as a dropdown, it will be a dropdown on the product page and on the cart.
If you set it as an input field, it will be an input field for both, with as much quantity as you want.
Having a dropdown is done exactly for products where you want to limit the quantities that can be ordered.

Regarding AdminTools blocking update requests from HikaShop, you'll have to do something in AdminTools or maybe something in the code of AdminTools needs to be changed. The best here is to contact the support of AdminTools about that with the instructions to reproduce the problem so that they can look at the URL/parameters sent and add a rule to not flag it as potentially harmful.

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks again!

But i have the input active for the products but in the module it is still a dropdown...
In category mode this is on inherit and in the configuration it is set on "Show default div".
Is there another place?

Where can i order the limit quantities?

Hi,

Please provide screenshot of your "quantity layout" settings.
In some (legacy) views, the quantity layout might not be handle fully and a simple input button or a simple dropdown would be displayed instead.

Advanced settings (because of legacy)

Options on category

Are these all options you need to know?

Hi,

Thanks !

Please re-download HikaShop 3.0 ; we updated the package to include patchs for the improvement of display of the quantity selector in the cart module.
