hi, I found another problem, even more serious. When I add to cart a product with characteristics comes the message:
NOT_ENOUGH_STOCK_FOR_PRODUCT
Yet all products are in unlimited quantities. Can solve this problem? I'm losing orders in this way...

Second problem: in joomla pathway now see the page title and not the product name. Here's an example:

Thank You

Hello,

I made many tests on the website and is impossible to add to cart product with characteristics. If I add product to the cart, appears the message "stocks exhausted for ..."
See, for example, this product:
www.laputea.com/it/negozio/prodotti-per-...dotto/ciotola-lupiae
I attach screenshot of the global settings and product settings in backend

Products without features are added to the cart, but I have to refresh the page, otherwise it will not appear in the "cart" module.

Second problem: if I vote a product I see this error message: HIKA_VOTE_ERROR_SAVING_ITEM_DATA

Third problem: the "client account" is completely unusable, attach screenshots

I installed 2 times the component, in case the first installation was defective. I activated the joomla error report on "maximum" and "development", but no error messages appear. The cache is disabled and also the optimization plugin are off.
I do not really know what to do, because they are two days that I'm losing orders...
I hope for your help
Thank you

Hi,

1. First, you should never see NOT_ENOUGH_STOCK_FOR_PRODUCT but a proper message with the name of the product.
If you don't, it means that your language files are not up to date and I would recommend updating them.
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html
And I'm actually not able to reproduce the problem you're talking about on your website.
When I try to add the product www.laputea.com/it/negozio/strumenti-mus...ea-il-tuo-tamburello to the cart, I don't get any error even though that product has characteristics.
Could you provide a link to a product page with the problem along with screenshots of the settings of the main product and of the variant for which it doesn't work ?

2. Thank you for your feedback. We've found the bug and added a patch for it.
Download again the install package on our website and install it on yours and that will fix the problem.

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for the reply.
I downloaded and installed the latest version, but the problem of updating the "cart" module is not solved.

The product that you have added to the cart on my website is the only product with features that works! Here is a short list of products with characteristics that can not be added to cart.
www.laputea.com/it/negozio/prodotti-per-...tegame-in-terracotta
www.laputea.com/it/negozio/lampade-artig...o/lampada-faro-stone

The backend settings are the same for everyone. I attach screenshots of the product "tegame-in-terracotta".

It seems that the system does not recognize the amount and treats them as sold out products.
Thank You

hello, now I know why the products are not added to cart. With the latest update availability date has been changed. Look at screenshots

Just delete the date and the issue is resolved. I can do that with mass action?

Regarding the user operation panel, it will be a css problem. How can you solve?

Finally, the "cart" module works, but only if I disable the popup window. Because with the popup window enabled the page does not reload, and the cart is not refresh.

Hi,

The update does not change the values you stored in your products.
So I'm afraid that I don't understand what you have modified and what element was concerned.

About your control panel issue ; it is related to CSS.
You might have an override for the "user / cpanel" view or you have the new view but with some old CSS.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...the-display.html#css

For the add to cart ; without details about your current mode and situation ; it will be very difficult to understand the context and so, to understand that you're talking about exactly.

Hi Jerome, thanks for the reply.
I know that the updates do not change the values of the product. :)
When I upgraded from Joomla 1.5 + Virtuemart to Joomla 3 + Hikashop, the products have been transferred to the date of availability. I never raised the issue because everything worked. Now with the update to 3.0 hika products with availability date "from" they are not added in the cart. Can I modify the products and variants one by one, or is there a chance to do that with mass action?

Add To Cart: it is now set so

but if I select "Show popup window" then do not refresh the page and the product is not displayed in the cart until you manually refresh page.

Hi,

1. I see what you mean. The problem is that this is a bug. If the availability date is in the past, it shouldn't block the add to cart.
I've actually added a patch in order to fix that.
You can download the install package on our website and install it on yours to fix the problem. No need to change these dates with a mass action (although it would be possible yes).

2. I'm not able to reproduce the problem on your website. When I click on add to cart on your website, the whole page is refreshed, including the cart module.
I suppose that it's because you left the popup notice deactivated since I don't see the popup either.
But then, on my end, when I test on my test website, even with the popup notice in add toc art legacy mode, I do get the popup and the cart module refreshed.
We would need to be able to look at a page with the issue to be to analyze the situation I'm afraid.

Hi Nicolas,
thanks for the help. In fact I had to turn off the warning popup to avoid confusion among customers. I'll try to do some local tests.

After the update, as suggested by Jerome, I eliminated the custom.css side site and use the default.css files, now I have no CSS display problems, but do not know how to fix the checkout buttons "refresh" and "delete" .

I searched the forum, but can not find the thread.
You tell me, please, how do I align the buttons right to the button quantity?
Thank you!

Hello,

You can add some Css rules in order to organize elements, see this tutorial to see how to process.
This kind of code may do the trick :

quantity class, refresh class, delete class {
    display: inline;
}

See this Css reference to help you, here .
Hope this will help you.

Regards
