Showing some text above Related Products

Can you provide an Url link to your concerned page, because I guess there is something strange.
By default HikaSHop have to display related title, maybe there something that prevent this part to be display, Css customization or else ?...

Hi,

If the show title setting of the module is on and you don't see the title, then I can only think that the problem comes from an override of your template.
Try to switch temporarily to the default template of Joomla and the title should display fine (I've just tested it on my end with the latest version).
