Hello,

i have enabled bootstrap in hikashop but i noticed a weird behaviour of product/category containers.
Their width in tablet and mobile devices are uneven.

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Download the install package on our website and install it on yours and that will add a patch in order to fix that problem.

Hi,

This looks like a issue related to the access rights in the folder images/com_hikashop/upload/ and its subfolders.
Try changing the permissions on them to 777 and that should help.

Hi nicolas,

i changed the permissions on them to 777 in all folders but still no images.
OK, i changed the images sizes to 220x220 and 350x350 and most images show up but not all.

Thank you

Hi,

Then I don't know. Could you provide a backend and FTP access along with a link to this thread ?

Hi,

I'm not able to access your website or FTP anymore. It seems I was ban while trying to connect to the FTP server in different ways as neither the passive nor the active mode allowed me to list the folders and thus I couldn't use the FTP access.

What I could get during my tests while it was working is that HikaShop was not able to create the thumbnails in the folder /images/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/350x350f of your website.
I wanted to check the permissions of that folder via FTP and try to set them to 777 and see if that would help.
Could you try that ?
Also, check that you still have space available on your server.

Hi nicolas,

it seems that the problem was caused from php, i had 7.1 and as soon as i changed it to 5.5 problem is fixed.
Also i saw this message in hikashop "The PHP GD extension could not be found. Thus, it is impossible to generate thumbnails in PHP from your images. If you want HikaShop to generate thumbnails you need to install/activate GD or ask your hosting company to do so."

What does this mean?

Thank you
