2 Problems shipping and digital goods

1. Don't set a weight in your products and turn off the "force shipping regardless of weight" setting of the HikaShop configuration.

2. Add it in the "Files" setting of the product. When the product will be purchased (and the order status changed to "confirmed" after the payment), the file will be available there.

2 - Please check that your file is not a "free file". Then you will have to check your configuration in order to indicate for which order statuses the files are available for download.

3 - You mean, accept the "terms & condition" ?
There is a special "block" that you can place in your checkout workflow.

4 - If the orders are not being confirmed, then it's normal that you don't get access to the downloads. If your orders are not being confirmed automatically after the payment, it means that HikaShop is not receiving the payment notifications from PayPal. It's a common issue.
