Hello good morning, after upgrading to the latest version of Hikashop Business 3.0.1 the images appear in a column. The modules do not obey the changes, it has been unconfigured and I can not leave it as it was before the update. I had to delete the store offline.
Another problem is that I double the shipping price. When two or more items are purchased.
Please, I need support right away.

Hi,

I've checked your website but I do see the products on several columns.
The issue with one column listings comes from custom CSS you had done before the update.

Regarding the shipping fees, it's hard to say anything useful. We don't even know how you configured your shipping methods. Could you provide screenshots of their settings ?

The CSS problem can be fixed by buying a CSS package that you have for sale or I will have the same problems when there is another update ?, because I am not a programmer and I understand the right thing to be able to take my web. I made the changes in line 42, as explained by his partner and no changes have been made. I still have the same problem.

On the other hand the issue of duplicate shipping price I think is solved, apparently it was produced because the program did not identify that it was a new purchase and dragged a previous purchase not done successfully. Something that should not be habitual in clients and I hope it does not happen to them as it has happened to me.

The CSS package won't replace the CSS code of your template, so the solution will clearly be to directly check the CSS code that is applied by your template and edit it.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this topic aim is to help people to configure and solve issue on our products.
sometimes people ask for way to customize HikaShop, and so we explain way to proceed, but don't provide code because it ask to analyse and process tests, and unfortunately we don't have time for this.

In your specific case, your template code is the root issue, and so there is only 2 solutions :
- Ask to the template creator support
- Correct it yourself, maybe by editing your template Css code.

I am very sorry about all this, but this situation is not good, you should be more careful about these problems. I am disgusted with the attention and I will stop using hikashop because I do not find adequate care, I have spent 160 € with you and I have not received adequate care.

Feeling very much all this I will turn everything to another tool that assures me a better future.

It's a shame you take it like that even though we provided you with the answer since our first answer to you.

And if you deactivate it, you can see that it fixes the issue:

So as the other thread we gave you a link to says, if you remove that CSS it will fix the problem.
We never talked about buying anything to fix that issue. It's just a bit of CSS you need to remove and that comes from a custom CSS file you have on your end. You said you removed it but I still see it on your website as you can see on the screenshots I gave above.
So either you didn't do the modification, or you forgot to clear the cache of your website and/or of your template and/or of any extension "caching"/"optimizing" the CSS on your website, but that's nothing we can do for you.

At the end, the CSS options that you indicated to me effectively solved the problem but then I appeared another in another place, so I made backup of data and images and load joomla with another different template, in the end it has been a lot of work but I think it has It was worth it. I reloaded the copy of Mysql and later the images and everything working. I hope for a long time.
