Are your orders being confirmed ?
Because you're using the "direct call" mode, there is no javascript added by the plugin to track the customer.
So that's totally logical that you do not have the ecommerce tags ; all is made by a "server to server" communication.
I don't know what you want to perform exactly but I would recommend you to deactivate the features that you do not understand (single submission / direct call).
