The Google Analytics Plug-in does not work

I have setted up the google analytics plug-in but it don't work !!

Are your orders being confirmed ?
What if you turn off the "single submission" setting of the plugin ? Does it help ?
Also note that the refresh of the data in Google analytics can take some time and might not be immediate.

Actually I do not know what "single submission" means !!
I am using google tag management to track the tag , it can oly track the whole site ga id . not display the ecommerce tag

Are your orders being confirmed ?

Because you're using the "direct call" mode, there is no javascript added by the plugin to track the customer.
So that's totally logical that you do not have the ecommerce tags ; all is made by a "server to server" communication.

I don't know what you want to perform exactly but I would recommend you to deactivate the features that you do not understand (single submission / direct call).
