list of carts of users with no registration

-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5

Hello
In the list of carts (administrator) I have a long list, just one is a registred users while all the otheres are "No registrations".
Why it saves cart of user with no registration??
What is going on if I will delete them??

Hello Frank,

If you delete them, the only thing that will happen is that your customers who have completed their carts without logging in will have to complete their cart again.

well considering that we had just 4 orders and all them with registration, why in the list I have all them with no registration except one??
however do you think it is better let them and not delete??

Hello,

When a guest is adding a product in the cart ; that information is stored in the database and link to his session.
You can consider that, after several days, the session has expired and that you can delete the old carts.

That's all we are saying.
