Shippingcost for a category only

Is it possible te set shippingcost for just a complete category?

Hi,

No. You have to use the warehouse system of HikaShop for that.
Create a warehouse via the menu System>Warehouses, and then create a shipping method for that warehouse and set that warehouse in the products of that category and the shipping method will apply to all the products of that warehouse.

Mmmm i can not set a Warehouse to a category.

So i added it to an product and now the default shipping cost and Warehouse shipping cost are shown. That's not what i wantend only one option of the shipping costs must be shown when checking out.

Of course i can manual add specific shipping costs to a product but that takes a lot of time.

Hello,

A product have just one single warehouse.
But a product can have several categories.
So it is not possible to assign a warehouse to a category because it would break the rule that a product have just one single warehouse (and it would not be possible to know which one to select).
