We use our merchant account through Chase Paymentech. Does that help with how we can find the file

Google says that the robot can not crawl my image page on my order page. my images were upload to HikaShop product page

Thank you but I misspoke. Google is not trying to see any order data. The question is:

Googlebot need to crawl my image locations in the Hikashop. And they asked me to put this code in my robots.txt file?

I provided the screenshot of the robots.txt file in my cpanel. And how can i make sure that it is configured to crawl in HikaShop. Were do I look for that configuration.
