Wishlist/Carts mixed up, several prblems related to wishlists

We noted several problems with wishlists. They seem to mix up. It is to much to point out all these things. Some of them are:

- When using the 'Use Ajax for the add to cart button', the 'Add to wishlist button' thinks it is adding to the Cart (so adding sold out items is not possible)
- When the 'Use Ajax for the add to cart button', is set to No, items are added to the wishlist, but the system says added to Cart and shows them in the Cart module, though they are in the wishlist
- When The Wishlist display is used it is empty. When using the Back button and Wishlists is selected under Customer account a wishlist is presented

It seems a mix of several errors and it is probably best if you try it yourself. watch all the wrong messages saying cart instead of wishlists

It seems that disabling the 'Use Ajax for the add to cart button' also solves the problem that that the wishlist item is shown in the cart module

i just turned the legacy for the cart off. But when i make menu item called 'My wishlists' and use the Cart listing and select under 'Select a type' the Wishlist, the menu item still shows a listing of the carts.
I also notice that the link does not change when i change the 'Select a type'. It stays... &view=cart&......
