Hikashop menu items not showing correctly

Pages just not showing correctly.

I am trying to create a new menu item on the Hmenu for a new category I have created in Hikashop.

However,
My HikaShop menu items are not displaying correctly.
Please see attachment menus 8-6-2017a.jpg. This is a menu item for a shop category within HikaShop.
You will see that there are no tabs showing and the status buttons are not showing correctly in green on the right hand side.
Both mine and my colleagues screens show this way on totally seperate computers.

Here you can see tabs and buttons all reflecting correctly.

Here we can see the Hika shop page at my SEO which is displaying the tabs and buttons correctly.

lastly,
When I push the blue button "Select" to try and change the MENU ITEM TYPE I just get a blank pop-up window that only gives me a close option. It does not give me any change options. Surely that is not right.

Note: Until 4pm yesterday I was seeing the tabs. But then it just suddenly stopped working.

I want to reply:
The screenshot that has MENU ITEM TYPE: External URL is the home screen and is a Joomla page which has nothing to do with Hika Shop. This page is working perfectly.
I only attached it as a comparison.

I did not try to “recreate my Item Menu”. What do you mean by this and how do I do it?
I cannot even change Menu Item even once. On that screen it gives me Menu Item type as Product listing and If I click the Blue SELECT box I get the empty pop up window with only a close box.
This is what happens on all Menu Items for Hika Shop Categories.
Menus for Joomla pages are all fine and working normally.

1) The first is my screenshot problem
2) The second is the same page on my computer for a Joomla menu page- working fine.
3) The third is the same page as my problem page but on my SEO’s computer in another office and his page looks and works different to mine. (My colleague in my office the problem page looks the same as mine)

I think we have resolved it.
