cant remove coupon

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7
-- PHP version -- : 7.1

When I hit the "remove coupon" button in the checkout page the page reloads and the coupon is still there and applied. How can I allow my users to remove the coupon?

Hi,

Make sure that the "auto load in cart if possible" setting of your coupon is turned off.
Otherwise, the coupon will be loaded automatically, and if you delete it, the system will just add it again automatically.

Thanks. "auto load in cart if possible" was never turned on so it must be soemthing else. There is no error message and no entry in the error log.

That issue was indeed also soved by removing the Hikaserial from the checkout.
