Importing large product descriptions

Hi,
We have 4000 product descriptions in .txt files. They match the names of the related products and we want to upload them via csv. Can I insert a reference to these files in my csv that will cause them to be imported (e.g. a link or name)? I can bulk upload them to my site for easier importing/conversion..
