Characteristics default is text or wording

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.3

Dear support,

The characteristics default can be text or wording( eg: please select) and then the customer cannot checkout if they choose default please select

It is possible to force the characteristics default cannot checkout by customer, they would like must select black or somthing I created color.
I want to set the characteristics default cannot be checkout by customer

Hello,

Yes.

In the list of the product variants ; there is a column "default" which indicates the default variant.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...ct-form.html#variant

If that variant is not available (like: no stock) the customer won't be able to buy it.
