PayPal Pro setup

Hi,
I'm trying to get PayPal Pro set up. (using sandbox at present)
The payment method shows - but there is no place for the customer to input the information, and the button doesn't work - i've attached a screenshot

Also, if I set up the PayPal express, but do not have any other method, it states that there is no payment method available, even though the PayPal express button is there and can be clicked.

The basic PayPal seems to work just fine.

I have probably missed something in the set up, but hoping you an help. I wasn't able to find anything in the documentation.

Thank you. I have posted a question at the template designer's forum, as I know that you cannot technically help with templates.

However, if you are able to advise where I need to fix this myself, I would be really thankful

Actually, the deisgners have come back with what should be a fix, very quickly!
