BlankPage upon check out

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : joomla 3.6.4

Hi, i am trying to separate checkout flow to
login/register > shipping & payment > cart

When i proceed next after first step, the whole page became a blank page and i need to wait for my browser cache expire only i can see back my site. Please advice how to fix this or what did i done wrong?

Hello,

If you got a blank page, it could indicate a PHP Fatal error.
So please check your PHP error log or set the "error reporting" to "maximum" in your Joomla global configuration.
