SOLVED Modals and Tooltips from Regular Labs not working anymore?

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.0

Strange enough the Regular Labs Modals as also Tooltips stops working.

As you can see the source code is being displayed. (just below the dropdown option)

As an test i made an "normal" Joomla page:

So on that page everything is working as aspected.

Any suggestion why?

Hello,

There is no modification in the HikaShop behavior regarding the product custom fields.
Are you sure that you didn't have some modifications in HikaShop views to display the product custom fields via the Joomla content trigger ?

Hi Jerome,


Just to be sure i had al little modification in the product view, so i deleted the modification to be sure to use the core view of HikaShop.

No difference. The modal and tip tags are not rendered correctly.

I will also ask Regular Labs if there is an explanation for this behavior.

Regular Labs suggested to order these plugins at first in line.

Sadly no difference. I noticed something strange. When i go to the product detail page, you have to minmal click twice on the Add to Cart button..... strange.

Hi,

This is a conflict between several jQuery libraries from different extensions loaded on the page.
Install and configure jQuery Easy and that should fix the jQuery conflict, which would then fix the modals and tips initialisation.

Hi Nicolas,

I found out that the plugin ordening makes the difference. RegularLabs reordered the plugins (directly after the hikashop system plugins) and everything works now.

The "click twice" issue is solved to. I installed the OS anti spam plugin. This plugin has an timeout value. Within this time it's isn't possible to fill in a form. So let's say the time interval was 5 seconds . So when you click on the Add to card button within these 5 seconds this plugin blocks this action.

So i set this timeout to 3 seconds i think i can live with it :-)
