Template for Product editing frontend

Hi guys,

I am creating a template for all the frontend stuff of Hikashop.
So when you edit, create something i want you to go to that special template.

Now when i edit a product i cant assign it to a menu item so not to a template.
Is there a way to say that when editing an item go to that menu item so i can assign a theme to it?

Thanks but i do not understand what i should do to fix it.
I can assign a menu-item to a certain template.
But i do not have a menu item 'Product edit page'.

How Joomla core is fixing this i cant see how and what i should do

Can you point me in the right direction?

Is it not an idea to do that like editing your profile of joomla that there is a menu item for.
Or am i as usual the only one that would like an option like that

Else I'm afraid some code customization will be required.

That does not look like a good solution.
Support does not look active.

Regular labs though has Advanced template manager and fixed it within minutes
