What is the hikashop "IPN handler URL"?

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8
-- PHP version -- : 7.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all

I need that to test the ipnSimulator because hikashop does not set paypal payments to "confirmed" when a user pays via paypal.

Hi,

If the file is empty, it means that something blocked the notification before it reached HikaShop. In that case, you should look in your website access log for the notification URL of the paypal plugin: index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=checkout&task=notify¬if_payment=paypal

Thanks. That log file doesnt make much sense to me. I attached it. Do you see any valuable information in there?

The payment it self works, emails are going through. Only hikashop doesnt pick up the notification.

Hi,

We do have same issue. At first, few months ago, every order created and paid would be set to cancelled. So quick fix was to set address shipping show to "NO". Now it looks like order stay created. We have received 2 orders via paypal yesterday and both were paid and we had to set them to confimed manually. Paypal has changes every months...

Hi,

The key part is this:
"invalid transaction"
HikaShop does receive the payment notification, but when it asks PayPAl if the notification is valid, PayPal says it isn't.

I would recommend to update to the latest version of HikaShop since it contains modifications for recent changes of PayPal.

I have the current version. The Joomla Updater does not find a newer version. What else can it be?
