how to install styles while the package does not have xml setup file

Hi,

The styles package is indeed supposed to be installed using the standard Joomla installer, and that's why there is a xml in it:
monosnap.com/file/nDQmpa08Xurb9kpq9WFC1F280nBXbF
So I'm not sure at what you're looking at ?
