Chosen and comments bug

Hi,

Just found some strange bug with leave a comment on product page.

To reproduce the issue:

1. Enable chosen library.
2. Allow users to sort comments set to "YES" so we could see dropdown where user can sort comments.
3. Enable vote&comment feature and Go to product page.
4. Leave a comment and chosen isnt used by dropdown.
5. Refresh page and chosen used again.

Same applies for list of the comments pagination.

Thanks for the report.
It's not a bug but it's just that the view do not include JS code to initialized chosen.
