I use HikaShop for years on my sites. On the site www.parfemi-srb.com while I used the Joomla version 2.5, my products were in 3 columns. When I upgraded to the version 3.8 the products are displayed in one column, although in the settings are 15 products in 3 columns. Can the component confuse with the template? How can I solve this problem manuel?

Hi!

I took a quick look at your site. It seems to me only 1 column shows because of the with limitation of your template. You have a very small template design with left and right module positions.
You can try to temporarely unpublish the modules in the right hand position. This gives the [component] part of the template much more space. Then see if 1 or 2 more columns fit next to ech other.

Otherwise a good option would be to switch to the default Protostar template and see if your issue is template related.

Hope this helps you!

Maurice

Hello,

Your issue come from the fact that you use the frontend_old.css, can you switch for frontend_default.css.
That must solve your issue, because to have the new HikaShop grid system, you must use the new frontend.css.
Hope this will solve your issue.

Regards
