Transferring data from WooCommerce to HikaShop....

Hi,

I have a need to import an existing WooCommerce (3.3.3) installation running on WordPress 4.9.4 into HikaShop. Can anyone make any recommendations in how to do this. As I will be doing development on new functionality I need to know specifically how I deal with importing data into Hikashop numerous times and also on the day prior to cut over so that we don't miss out on any transactions etc. in WooCommerce.

I estimate the relevant numbers things to manage are:

Number Of Products: 1000
Number Of Customers: 5000
Number Of Orders: 25000
