User profile not properly showed

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.7
-- PHP version -- : 5.7.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Hi,

Since last update (can't say if Joomla or Hikashop), the user profile seems not to show new downloads, and orders list shows only black lines with zeros as prices.

Where could I look to for a solution?

Hi,

That look slike a MySQL issue.
Try again with the error reporting and debug mode of the Joomla configuration activated. You might get some extra error messages which will help understand the situation.
Also, try clicking on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration. It can often fix database issues.

Hi,

Checked DB (also Joomla's), nothig changed.
Now with debug actrivated, these are the errors showed in the Orders list:

Hi,

This looks like an issue with some customization.
Rename the file /templates/protostar/html/com_hikashop/order/listing.php to deactivate the view override and that should help.
