Cannot upgrade HikaShop

Hi,

cannot upgrade HikaShop, this is the msg received when updating:

JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Warning! Failed to move file.
JFile::read: Unable to open file: '/var/www/vhosts/svet-el.si/httpdocs/english/tmp/com_hikashop_starter_v3.4.0_2018-06-11_11-16-47.tar.gz'
Unable to read archive

Installing it via FTP will probably do the job :

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.10
-- PHP version -- : native (7.0)

I have tried most methods but updating from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1 just fails.

I get these
Warning Copy file failed

Message Error updating component.

Tried with Chrome and Firefox.

Any pointers?

Hi,

I have checked System > System Information > Folder Permissions all folders writable

I have FTP'd zip and extracted on server as well as extracted .zip locally and FTP'd to folder on server
In Joomla: Extensions > Manage > Install > Install from Folder
Entered my path: /home/******/public_html/tmp/hikashop Click "Check and Install"

So, I open libraries/joomla/filesystem/folder.php search for
return JError::raiseError(-1, JText::_('Copy failed'));

This file must have been changed as that line does not exist in that file...

I finally got it updated; there was an error in my configuration files
