Checkout with email

I would like to checkout using no payment methods. I would prefer an email to go to the admin and user. Please advise how to do this.

Hello,

The solution will be to directly remove the "Payment" step of your checkout workflow via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout".

But note that you'll need a payment method to be paid.
