Check Database Errors

Can anyone provide a solution to the database errors, the text of which is here:

ERROR You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'OR product_category_id =' at line 1

ERROR Duplicate entry '' for key 'PRIMARY'

ERROR Incorrect column specifier for column 'product_category_id'

We believe this might be problematic of a serious error in displaying a comprehensive of category menus on the site front end, where category links fail to open categories that have products within.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S. Checking, repairing, etc. of the MySQL database to no avail.

Can you use the "Check database" option through the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration" and test it again ? Thank you.

Checked it at 7 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time and the same errors are given as per original issue report.
